Ash Wednesday is period that marks the beginning of Lenten period in the Church Season. Lent is a season with sober reflection on the sufferings of our Lord Jesus Christ 🙏.
Ashes used are used in the days when the Jews offend God Almighty 🙏 to as for the forgiveness of sins. Ashes are used that we are having a remorse for our sins.

In a period of Fasting we should frown our faces but neatly wash ourselves and use Oil and Our foreheads.
In the Bible then the Israelites were instructed to Put the Blood of the Lamb on there doors so that the Angel will PASSOVER there households and all there households and everyone inside the house shall be saved. Jesus Christ 🙏 redeemed us All 🙏 with his blood on the Cross.

Lenten period is a period of prayer 🙏 ,Fasting, Almsgiving, Almsgiving and Charity 🙏. This season is indeed a great one of sacrifices and we should always try our Possible Best 🙏 to engage ourselves in good deeds.

In this Period of 40 days of Christ's sufferings for the sake of mankind. We are to join him and we hope that we would also rejoice with him in his resurrection.
We cannot do all by Our powers but by his Grace and Mercy 🙏 Amen 🙏.
