I think many of us can relate to this. Sometimes it’s easier to make decisions for the people we love than to decide what is best for ourselves. Learning to trust our own choices takes time, and I don’t think you should be hard on yourself for that. I hope you keep learning to give yourself the same importance you give to your family.
