That's exactly what I did in one of the two beds. I cut up sweet potatoes forming eyes and put them in the ground. The other bed has the slips I grew from them.. which start as eyes as well.
I peered into the bed and I already see spuds sticking out of my hardwood chips. Looking forward to harvesting them in a week or two.
