Finishing off a race in the 80's Festival Sport Car Cup I use a Fairlady Z 300ZX Twin Turbo. The car works really well for me in the races and I find myself in the lead without much issue. Later on I enter some of the special events where I drive a nascar, and some other interesting cars. Its always fun doing the events where they select the car for you so you can try out all new vehicles.

Using the RPCS3 emulator has been quite the experience, I find myself tuning the settings over time and I am finally getting a really nice experience playing these PS3 games.

The 300ZX barely counts as a 80s car as it was made in 1989.

We start off on Deep Forest Raceway with me in the middle of the pack. I finish the race in first without any issue. This little Z really kicked ass.

I next check out the AMG Driving Academy and drive an older Mercedes race car

They place me on the Nürburgring race track and its quite the challenge, I spin out multiple times.

Eventually I get bronze and move on.

My favorite turns in the Nürburgring track are the banked corners, you can go alot faster on them than normal turns.

Many races to do, each I earn a little more XP.

I change the special events to a nascar challenge where I have to draft and then pass another car. Its harder than I expected.

I joined the 200MPH club in the nascar going up to around 214 MPH... man these things are quick!

They even have the Top Gear test track which is basically an airport. I drive the VW Bus in the make specific race, its painfully slow.

Special events also include the "Grand Tour" which takes you world wide to different race tracks.

Back to the Nürburgring I am on that straight away near the end, some fog is added for the special weather condition. It rendered quite nicely.

I go back to playing some of the normal racing and buy a new car.. A racing Celica.

Though on the straight aways it redlines at 160MPH.

Not doing very well I just torpedo one of the AI cars up ahead.. lol

Next we go racing on one of the mountain tracks, the views are quite amazing and were fun to check out while going through this mountain course.

A nice race was up next, all started off well though the reflections of my headlights seemed a little off.

And then the fireworks happened, up in the sky they were going off and completely blinding me. Not sure if this happened on the native PS3 during gameplay but it was really hard to focus. Without the suggested line I would have crashed a lot more.

Next we do some dirt racing in an open terrain. I do enjoy the rally racing though it can be quite tough. So its always fun to play in the dirt a little, maybe the snow and then go back to tarmac.
