Ace Combat 7 Gameplay 11-24

Playing this game has been fun, last Ace Combat I played was on console so great to see its on PC now. Using the F-16 till I can get something better, though I hear it holds up for most of the game.

I start off playing single player and do the first mission. Getting used to the controls and I think ill get the hang of this pretty quick. I noticed in the beginning I could select easy or advanced controls, curious how that will handle the gameplay. Maybe change it at some point to see what its like. In the mean time I selected easy.

The drones are a new element to the game, they are quick and hard to shoot down. Missile locks miss alot as the drones have flares. Though all the talking in the game is annoying, wish I could skip alot more than I can. The clouds and weather element is an interesting change as well, I think they did a great job capturing the elements.

When shooting down an aircraft the shockwave effect, along with al the wreckage looks pretty impressive. Though not every direct hit takes out the aircraft.
