It actually turned out really great! I ended up making a big pot and added lots of turmeric to get that nice orange color, my mom said it tasted like medicine, so i added more honey and now its perfect

Thank you so much! Yeah when i was in the UK the tahini was so overpriced and sold in tiny containers, in Turkey they have huge jars of the stuff for so cheap! Wow your so lucky to have been to an ayurvedic

Tahini is also one of my favorite foods!! Pekmez is too strong a taste for some because of how concentrated it is, but it has so many health benefits I like it anyway! I'm considering starting a Pekmez/Tahini
