Hello, today we will look at the next station of the Prague Metro on line B, which is called Radlická. This station is mainly used during the working week, so there was less movement of people. So in my opinion, I could have taken better pictures here.
Zdravím, dnes se podíváme do další stanice Pražského metra na lince B, která se jmenuje Radlická. Tato stanice je využívána především během pracovního týdne tak zde byl menší pohyb lidí. O to lepší snímky jsem zde mohl zachytit. Dle mého názoru.
The Radlická metro station is located in the Radlice district and was opened on October 26, 1988. The station is excavated and lies 11.5 meters below the surface. The company Metroprojekt Praha is behind the project and the main architect was Hana Labounková.
Stanice metra Radlická se nachází ve čtvrti Radlice a byla otevřena 26. října 1988. Stanice je hloubená a leží 11.5 metru pod povrchem. Za projektem stojí firma Metroprojekt Praha a hlavní architekt byla Hana Labounková.
The construction lasted 4 years and the old buildings of Radlice were demolished. A swimming pool and a bus terminal were built on its site. In the years 2004-2006, an office complex was built in the vicinity, and in 2008 a tram line was introduced here.
Stavba trvala 4 roky a došlo k demolici staré zástavby Radlic. Na jejíž místě vznikl plavecký bazén a autobusový terminál. V letech 2004-2006 byl v okolí postaven kancelářský komplex a v roce 2008 sem byla zavedena tramvajová trať.
I could not find information about the mosaic at the entrance, but the outdoor statue one is made by the academic sculptor Zdeněk Hošek.
Informace ohledně mozaiky u vstupu se mi nepodařilo najít, ale venkovní socha je od akademického sochaře Zdeňka Hoška.
In my opinion, the ČSOB bank buildings are one of the most interesting buildings that have been built in Prague in the last 20 years. Mainly thanks to the use of the roof as a park for the people working here.
Budovy banky ČSOB je dle mého názoru jedna z nejzajímavějších budov co v Praze v posledních 20. letech vznikly. Hlavně díky využití střechy jako parku pro lidi zde pracující.
The access to the swimming pool is gradually being taken over by nature.
Přístup k plaveckému bazénu postupně zabírá příroda.
