It seems that the universe doesn't want her here lol, it is trying everything to keep her away. Just joking.
I have found that when someone really doesn't want to do something even if they join they might not do much.
However, if they want to get in no matter what they'll get in and write.
I am terrible when it comes to referrals. I haven't had much success in tat direction and I can relate to this experience of yours.
