I looked up the grouper fish of Hong Kong and it does look similar, although its color is less intense. Maybe they are related.

Yes, that sea lion is wild; there were several there. I guess they know when the fish are cleaned and come to eat the leftovers, so they don't have to work so hard to get food 😄. Yes, it was wonderful to see them free and not subjected to a show.
