Zinnia flower, or Bougaivillea (latin name) has its own name in our area here, namely Paper Flower, or some people in the world call it Bougainvillea glabra. Experts classify it, that this flower comes from the Magnoliophyta division and from the Magnoliopsida class, although there are still many other names tucked into it, where it gets a lot of attention, of course it is also famous like other ornamental flowers.

As far as I remember, the first time I met this beautiful flower, around 2009 ago, at that time people here did not know it as an ornamental plant, especially in our city location, namely Lhokseumawe City, having it around that year was very rare, only around 2010 This ornamental plant is widely seen in every person's home yard which is used as an ornamental plant.
Although this zinnia plant comes from Mexico which is often used as an ornamental plant, and also as an important flower in special events, this beautiful flower continues to spread to all corners of the world such as Central and South American countries. Then to the West Indies, the United States, Australia and Italy. So that gradually people bring it to their homeland, including our country, namely Indonesia. Finally, this flower is very booming among ornamental plant lovers, especially our women.
When covid19 hit the territory of our country, at that time people carried out a ritual termed the phrase Lockdown with the intention of locking up daily activities by avoiding crowds, when activities were stopped, every human being at that time stopped all routines a form of participation in preventing the virus. Finally the men became stressed by this situation, so one of our residents came up with a brilliant idea, namely to try to keep himself busy by planting zinnia plants, in every vacant location. Incidentally, in that area only empty land was seen around the reservoir, or rather along the riverbank, reservoir road, Pusong Lama Lhokseumawe Aceh.
The work is tiring, but not hard, because this intention arises from his sincerity, is said to be very tiring, because the plants are planted on the banks of river reservoirs, or about 2 kilometers in length from each piece of land. However, residents do not mind doing it because to fill their spare time when every activity is stopped, it is even more difficult, the work is not done by everyone but is done by themselves in the planting process.
While the zinnia flower seeds are taken from the neighbor's yard for free without being charged by the flower owner, making it easier for the person to carry out his good purpose.
Today we are very happy to be here while visiting the riverbank area of the reservoir, because it looks very beautiful, on each bank of the river reservoir we can see various ornamental plants that grow in rows like troops lined up neatly and orderly, and look like people holding hands. Moreover, along the edges grow various types of zinnia flowers with various colors, such as red, pink, yellow and several other colors and accompanied by other ornamental plants.
I personally really like seeing each zinnia plant in red and pink, this is based on the shape and literature of the flowers which are very attractive when faced with them, it's even more beautiful when in the morning, they grow simultaneously, bloom and develop in a neat order, so that there is a view like a flower garden on the banks of a saltwater river or to be precise on the banks of the river banks of the Pusong Lhokseumawe reservoir.
Love the color red so much that in this post, most zinnias are red, and today, they look absolutely gorgeous, and bloom one by one, growing more lush and looking majestic with each growth. Zinnia is very beautiful with some stunning literary segments and looks beautiful in any location along the river. He is indeed very beautiful for everyone to see, this flower starts from growing in abundance in every vacant land, if previously the riverbanks of the reservoir looked arid (you can see the yellow vacant land), then today it looks green, red, and several other ornaments which looks beautiful.
The situation looks amazing, when compared to the initial conditions, at first it looked arid riverside with reservoir with irregular reflection of the soil, but today it looks beautiful, covered by every graceful beautiful flower, they look charming in their respective positions. The river bank now looks bright and very cool to the eye, all thanks to the growth of beautiful flowers that come from the very good intentions of someone who has a brilliant idea.
Zinnia with a beautiful character background, very suitable to grow in that area, their presence is also seen in a green habitat, this is also seen from the visit of every insect species that has the same goal in preserving this nature.
Thus it can be concluded that, any abandoned empty area or location will look alive and always amazing if they the flower grows and lives with other objects. So do not be surprised if women always place every ornamental plant in certain locations either in the house or yard.
When these beautiful flowers are kept in pots, then placed in the right position, either in someone's room or in someone's yard, this important location will look alive and beautiful, even in someone's bedroom.
Unfortunately, this zinnia flower will not thrive if it is placed in the bedroom, because its life requires direct sunlight and also requires pollinators from flying insects.
