Well, users powering up appears to be an indirect result of Steemit Inc which still hasn’t improved price as was advertised. Clearly it has value to those that are powering up. Only time will tell if their efforts will have any improvement on price. Personally, I would like for Steemit Inc to make efforts to make direct improvements to influence price.
