I haven’t given it much thought. I don’t really think hf21 is going to make any difference. The difference will come from the market instead. It’s on fire right now. STEEM hasn’t jumped on the rocket ship because of poor liquidity. However if STEEM gets a boost from the market, everyone will say it was due to hf21. If it happens before hf21, then they will say that people are getting ready for the change. If it happens after hf21, then people will say hf21 was responsible for the boost in price.

I hope the hf21 will devalue vote buying, but I’m not holding my breath. As far as the 1 minute change, it will get gamed somehow.
