A month and a half ago Steem blockchain had an issue one week prior to the official release of HF20. This caused steem nodes at exchanges to require an update. Bittrex and Upbit took about 2 weeks to get their nodes operational which allows STEEM/SBD deposits and transfers to function on the exchange.
Both Binance and Poloniex took a month and a half.
This is an all time record for Binance. For that I give them the Jeffy award.
Poloniex doesn't get the award since they haven't broken their record of 6 months without the ability to receive and transfer STEEM/SBD
By the way, the all time record holder is HitBTC where their STEEM/SBD wallets have been broken for 9 months and counting.
