Increasing Your Company Turnover.
Recently we have had to turn down several jobs regarding Search Engine Optimisation. The reasoning behind this is because we just didn't have the time to take on these additional projects, so therefore our potential clients went elsewhere.
This week I am negotiating a deal with another company who have spare capacity to take on such work. They will still be working under our company name but will be independent as regards to employment etc.
Outsourcing this way, allows us to retain our customers and clients, sell them additional services such as reporting, social media management and content writing to name but a few.
If you are in a position of too much work, then outsourcing may be the solution for you.
