I am with you on wanting fried plantains!! I wish for that every day, but where I live, it is not something that is easy to get. Where, if you were on an island, I bet there would be plantain trees with so many to eat you might not ever want to see another one again :D

My daughter-in-law feels that way from time to time. She just wants cheese in her hot chocolate without a plantain in sight.
