OMGosh I can relate to this one so many levels!!!

I am sorry that your wife didn't get her glasses. I am happy you didn't waste gas going to try and get them, though.

When I call phone numbers now I just hit "O" and if that doesn't work say "Customer Service" while sounding like an idiot yelling at the machine voice that tells me before I can be transferred to a real person I first need to have my whole internet router restarted which will disconnect my phone call but I can always call back after my router has been restarted.........

and all I want to do is ask a question that doesn't fall into any of the prompts.

I have learned good deep breathing exercises though.
