Flexibility and Integrity are the most important virtues right now

I think they always have been. The world is always evolving. My Mom is 85, and what she has lived through, if viewed as a whole, would make a person cry. But she is strong and, like most of us, did the best she could and that is the only thing we can ever do as long as we keep moving forward.
