slime and mold sink down

breath taken
swirling down the rabbit hole of life.
back breaking, spirits looming
darkness barely held at bay.
frustration builds

education: the word of the day.
breath taken
advice given, advice taken
the prize looms away
sleep nonexistent.

frustration reaches the breaking point
low to anyone in the way
dead, it died, not ever full of life.
evil is done on early morn

breath taken
resolve straightened
regroup, fight again
no winning in sight

heat pours out
light peaks in, only to be turned away
darkness comes to spread the word
sludge takes the win
