@roused: Fresh off a tour with the 2018 Grammy award winning guitarist John McLaughlin, Souvik Dutta, CEO of Abstract Logix, gives us a behind the scenes look at the jazz legend's historic American Farewell Tour & we discuss Steem powered music.
@erb: Oftentimes I have an idea that sits in limbo for months because I can't figure out how to finish it. I have a tendency to require myself to search for near-perfection for each design before considering it complete and sharing it with the public. What I'm really looking for, more than the absolute perfect solution to every problem, is a gut feeling. Usually there are many different versions of a design that could produce a beautiful or eye-catching or interesting result, but unless it gives me that gut feeling, I have a hard time accepting that it's finished.
@paolobeneforti: I'm working on a couple of new projects. I'll talk about it in a few days, I think. What I'm trying to write now is an inventory of images that influenced my art. I know that my style - good or bad - is made of a little list of effects that I learn to use.
@deveerei: My photo above was captured with a Fujifilm X-A3 mirrorless camera with a kit lens (XC 16-55mm). I used manual settings for this shot. The image size is big at 6000px by 4000px so I'm gonna split up this image into 4 quadrants so you can see more details on it.
@crypto3d: 3D rendering in Architectural Visualization 101: What is it? Who needs it? How is it done? Using an on-going project from Oceania, I'll be taking you through the very basics of the job, all the way to delivery.
@tata1: When I was very young ... Maybe a while ago I heard a story with my little brother. Was I maybe four years old? My brother was eight years old.
@dunsky: Fil Dunsky full time freelance illustration story. He worked with Bounty, Clear Vita ABE, Cosmopolitain, Danone, Heinz, Henkel, Kinder, McDonald's, Orion, Panasonic, Pepsi, TAT Ketchup, Wrigley. As well as with some agencies like BBDO, DDB, JWT, LeoBurnett, Lowe Adventa, Saatchi & Saatchi and so on. Few advices for the beginners and a short story interview about his professional path.
@jaff8: Reports of theft and crime in the society makes it imperative to have security cameras around. Security cameras are like the added eyes you need around your business place or your home. Its recordings have assisted police in their investigation.
@jeffbernst: I didn’t really know what to expect when I got started on Steemit last month, but I’m so happy with how things have turned out. Starting on January 3rd I posted every weekday through the end of the month. I wasn’t expecting to publish this often honestly, but it has become kind of addicting. 🙂 This post is a quick overview of how my first month went, and what I'm hoping to accomplish during my second month.
@monomyth: Elon Musk's company, Space X, sent a sports car to the distance. Of course not the purpose, it was a flight test. Musk wants to colonize Mars. Bitcoin is constantly falling and some ICOs are really ponzi. So, what are their connections with Andrei Tarkovsky?
@bree1042: They say "Revenge is a dish best served cold." But do you know what else is best served cold, too? Cold turkey! Today's English expression is "cold turkey". Cold turkey means to quit something (usually addictive substances) abruptly altogether.
@kenan1989: People are spending so much time on social media nowadays and they should know that social media creates false reality. If people aware of that they spend so much time on social media, they could use their time more efficiently. I hope you like my post.
@fingersik: Is it possible to own ideas, thoughts and so on? Finding the answer is seemingly hard, but from the point of view of an Information scientists, it’s actually not so much. All we need is one (up until now) incontrovertible epistemology vastly adopted by information scientists.
@dougkarr: Have you ever thought about where blockchain technology is going to be in 5 years? 10 years? 20 years? In part 2 of @andrarchy and my BlockVersal document-series interview, Tim Galebach, a co-founder of @blockmason, thinks that within the next 5 years there are going to be several applications that verify the attributes of people and enable new forms of social dynamics.
@jassennessaj: In my last talk about the fascinating world of honey and honeybees, we talked about the historical context of it. Now, I would love to move on and talk about how it is made? Have you ever wondered how honey is made? How do they do it? How many bees does it take? I will try to answer these questions pertaining to "How honeybees make honey"
@leaky20: The article outlines a toy idea that centers around this notion that kids could get a sense of accomplishment from protecting a very fragile object that belongs to them. Protect your Precious Egg, cherish it, compete with your friends and brag about your accomplishment.
@alvinauh : This post provides ideas as to how someone can write better on steemit, especially if it's their first post. The lessons are based on an academic proposal defence. This is similar to a sales pitch as well.
@ayijufridar: Green open spaces not only have ecological functions, but many other functions such as social and cultural (modern art activities are getting closer to nature such as music, drama, and poetry reading). There are also aesthetic functions such as stimulating the creativity and productivity of citizens.
@osm0sis: Walk with us to discover one of the world's most active volcano: Le Piton de la Fournaise, on Reunion island. Explore the moon-like landscapes and the interesting designs left by former lava flows. If you have never walked among the clouds, here's your chance :)
@world-travel-pro: Join Dan sndbox's "World Travel Pro" on a tour of Ship Wreck Bay in the Galapagos. He recently spent some time there on the Island of San Cristobal. He has lots to share including a little warning to any visiting digital nomads.
@GuyFawkes4-20: We never know when the posts we create will help people in another part of the world solving their day to day problem, answer their curiosity about life, spark some inspiration or creativity, or strike a chord with someone, letting them know they are not alone.
@heymattsokol: You can stick with the traditional methods of music monetization, or you can tap into the massive opportunity of blockchain technology. The choice is up to you. This post was my most popular of the week, earning 130 views in its first four days. If you love blockchain but worry about missing out on big opportunities, it offers guidance on how to "get in early" while you still can.
@teachblogger: There are some special cities where you can see the diversity of cultures. Mostar is one of them. In this post, you are going to read my notes about the beautiful city of Mostar, Bosnia.
