For today's challenge I submit a photo I took of a purple hydrangea in 2014 with my BlackBerry phone. Man, those were good phones back then! I truly loved my BB.
I was at hostel when I was 13, and we still wore hats to church on Sundays. So one week-end I forgot my hat at home, and that Sunday evening while we were getting ready for church, I knew I was in big trouble. So one of my friends cut off a hydrangea flower head from a bush (which was thankfully growing inside the grounds), and pinned it to my hair. Nobody, not even the teacher who went with us, knew that I was carrying real flowers on my head. I didn't even think about any insects crawling around in my hair, as I was too thankful to be freaked out. Today they are still one of my favourites.
