Man is a matter. He is designed to occupy space. Man is a mobile being that moves from one place to another.
He is also a thinking being. Unlike other creatures, man has a thinking faculty that differentiate him from other species. This made Rene Descartes to regard him as a thinking being which was articulated in his cogito ergo sum - i think, therefore i am.
Man is almost anything we can think of because he has creative power. He can create with some sense of creativity.
Despite these enormous qualities, man cannot fly, walk on water, talk inside river, breath inside water, etc.
With the above are true, man like every other matter cannot be in two places at the same time.
Logically, it is possible to be in London and move to USA, be in USA and move to Nigeria or vice versa but it is illogical to say a man is both in London and USA at the same time.
In logic, it is fallacious to say. It is considered logical absurdity and something that is impossible.
However, an African might want to challenge my claim and this is because Africans believe that a witch can leave his/her body (A witch is not necessarily a female in Africa) at home and roam about to other parts of the world to perpetuate evil.
A witch is believed to connect to other world by placing her legs on the wall while sleeping at night. This is at least true for Africans as seen in Nollywood movies.
In this situation, the body is at home while the spirit is outside. It is believed that this spirit can take any physical form to do evil. After completing its work, same spirit will return back to the body where it left off.
Some myths say the legs and everything must be in the same position the spirit left it or else, the spirit will find it difficult or almost impossible to return back to its material self. This explains why this travelling often take place during late night when everyone has slept.
In the above scenario, a body is at home which is the matter and a spirit is outside. In this case, it appears the 'person' is both inside and outside.
This situation sounds illogical and it still doesn't prove that it is the same person that is outside and inside and in two places at the same time.
Like in the case of coma, a patient is likely to travel on his or her mind far away from where his/her body is kept. Does it mean this person is in two places at the same time? I guess your answer is no since we can see the material body lying on the bed.
If the material body can be in two places at the same time then we can disprove our logic. But it is logically impossible.
The sentence itself shows the illogicality in the statement - Titi is both in Lagos and Ibadan at the same time.
Whichever way you look at it, you can either be here or there, not here and there. You cannot be in two places at the same time.
