I don't know what you mean by bad price but you can easily buy <$1 on the internal market nearly all the time. And buy a lot. The stabilizer buys $80K per day consistently, every single day, and there is still plenty of room for others to buy more, sometimes in large chunks. Sometimes you can sell >$1, but that's less common.
