You usually shouldn't want to bypass this error message, but if you're developing something, then you might want to bypass it.

Start by clicking on "SHOW ADVANCED". You might see some text reading "Proceed to example.com (unsafe)". You can click on that to bypass the error.

If you don't see that link, then there is an alternative that always works. Click anywhere on the window containing the message, and type in "badidea", in all lowercase, and you will always bypass this error.

Keep in mind that Google Chrome may forget your preference, after some time has passed.
