Disclaimer: I am not a US citizen but my daughter is, so the plight of the citizens of the USA has deep affect for me. So when I see some genuine grass roots political campaigning like my father used to do for the Labour party in New Zealand back in the old days before neoliberalism swept through all major political parties, well it just warms my heart.
