It will be hard to find food to keep feeding the homeless after the SHTF occurs. But I'm hopeful. I'm going to try to pressure can 3 or 4 turkeys after they mark them down after Thanksgiving day tomorrow! Another 30 or 40 quarts on the shelf, would be nice for later for sure.
