I don't know, being the only good restaurant in a 90 mile radius would certainly keep you busy! Sadly, healthy choices would need a supplement of some that are Not. But it would be Fun wouldn't it? In the current economy, you'd have to be nuts to do that anyway, LOL!

They had a place locally that grew their own food out back on 600 acres. Next door was a farmers market...it was a pretty good idea. The owners got older, and the kids didn't want to have anything to do with it; so it closed down.

You're right, store bought food continues to degraded; home grown will become critical soon!
