The basic premise is sound. Liberal control of the public schools, has destroyed that institution!

I pay ad velorum taxes on 8 pieces of property, yet when my kids needed to go to school; I had to send them to private school, to get an education! Public school was better quality then, but it still stunk. This system needs to be returned to local control, or it's finished!
