All mushrooms are like tofu, with no native taste. Flavor must be cooked into them both, to make the taste good!

I just posted a recipe using mushrooms, using them to mirror the flavor of the main ingredients. By themselves, they are pretty bad!

BTW, one of the suburbs here in Tulsa, is called Owasso. Actually a high dollar neighborhood!😁😆
