The Frey effect is very limited, in specific individuals, at high enough Microwave power levels to cause permanent damage with long term exposure.

One question: where's your 5000 watt microwave source in your PC? Incidentally, even if that worked, how do they read your mind; for the other half of the control? Do you know about signal to noise ratio? At 5000 watt microwave exposure, the body signals are at least a million times smaller; even if the low noise amplifier existed, you'd blow it's front end!

I have dozens of patents, and people come to me to solve problems that are too tough for their in house engineering; with a half a million dollars, and maybe a decade, I might get something to work, but it would fill a bus, not a PC.

There is also no practical use for this. There are easier, practical ways to control a population.

I can transmit in this region, and I talk to many hams that do the same. I he ave never heard of anyone hearing voices in their heads from microwave transmissions. This Frey effect is rare, and a function of near terminal power levels. A simple rf field strength meter will spot this kind of transmission easily.

Wear a foil hat, people might laugh; but it will stop all microwave signals!
