This is from sub standard maintenance for certain! That stupid excuse for a spillway repair is a sad joke, and someone should go to jail!

We are having similar problems with a well maintained dam just west of Tulsa called Keystone dam. It is at 118% capacity, releasing 275,000 cfps right now, with an inflow of 310,000. The Corp is amazing on this one, and we have enough levies to carry; IF the dam continues to hold the surge. Thankfully, it is a big lake, and a good dam; that has had proper care!

Ca does not have that going for them, I would Move! Better to live in a tent, and live!

Sadly common sense is so uncommon these days, it should be listed as a super power! Resteeming....
