Small rant...some will understand before I begin, some will never get this; but a few will benefit from this information!
First, a concealed weapon will just get you hurt, if you don't regularly shoot; the machine you are betting your life upon! I'm not talking one or two magazines, to develop the muscle memory that can save your life in a bad situation; you need to shoot hundreds of rounds.
It is best to use random shorted magazines, and I put in at least one dud round in every practice session. Running and gunning is closer to real life, and there is a special range dedicated to this at the club.
This is all pretty standard, so here is my rant:
Here is my EDC (every day carry) after on such session! Normal procedure is to bring all the firearms home for a thorough cleaning...NO, NO, NO, NO!!!!!
That means that you put This in your holster:
And this:
CLEAN and Oil this precision machine, and refill the magazines! That way, you aren't relying on a compromised firearm, with empty magazines for safety.
So make it right, before you leave the range! I still do the rest of them at home, but this guy get special treatment before I leave...just in case!
