Did anyone see the 2007 film 'Zodiac' with Jake Gyllenhaal or checked out the Youtube documentary called 'This is the Zodiac' regarding the series of murders in the late 1960's/70's in Northern California?? After watching the documentary, I was hooked.
I have a partial solution to the 340 cipher that I think is right, and I need help from the crypto-community to solve the rest.

Someone put together a webtoy to help crack the 340 cipher, so that's where I started....make sure to switch to the 340 cipher as the 408 has already been solved:

I don't have a good way to post the solution file I have so far, so I'm going to share my translation for the first paragraph, and last paragraph, and see if we can get the middle solved in the comments section. I will upvote you as we solve each additional line.
