What is design liquid about?💧 / ¿De que trata Design Liquid💧?

Design Liquid is about fundraising to acquire digital tools that allow me to improve and progress as much as possible in my art. The funds will be used to purchase icons, vectors, mockups, textures, and much more. Every contribution will be directed towards this cause, and with each post in this series, you'll notice the progress in my designs, made possible through this fundraising. Design Liquid se trata de recaudar fondos para poder adquirir herramientas digitales que me permitan mejorar y acercarme al mejor progreso posible en mi arte. Los fondos se destinarán a la compra de íconos, vectores, mockups, texturas y mucho más. Cada aporte será destinado a esa causa, y con cada publicación de esta serie, podrán notar el progreso en mis diseños, el cual será posible gracias a esa recaudación. Desde ya, agradezco mucho que te hayas tomado el tiempo de leer y ver mi trabajo.

Concept / Concepto

As mentioned, the idea is to raise funds to acquire tools that enhance my designs. Today, I bring to you this app that allows the use of 3D models, which I used to create a composition and enhance the poster shown above. It's completely free with some features and is also very practical in its functionality (Recommended).

Como se menciona, la idea es recaudar fondos para adquirir herramientas que mejoren mis diseños. Hoy les presento esta aplicación que permite usar modelos 3D, los cuales utilicé para crear una composición y mejorar el póster que se muestra arriba. Es totalmente gratuita con algunas funciones, y también es muy práctica en su funcionalidad (Recomendable).

PROCESS

Once the transition of the image to Photoshop was achieved, I placed it paying attention to what it wants to hold or is being held upside down. I conveyed the message as the birth of a thought or idea, that's why it's depicted like a baby inside the belly. "NACE UN PENSAMIENTO U IDEA" (A THOUGHT OR IDEA IS BORN).

I used a circle and positioned it with a perspective similar to the 3D model, leaving it in that position to make changes if needed.

Una vez lograda la transición de la imagen a Photoshop, la coloqué prestando atención a lo que quiere sostener o se sostiene de cabeza. Transmití el mensaje como el nacimiento de un pensamiento o idea, por eso se encuentra como un bebé dentro de la panza. "NACE UN PENSAMIENTO U IDEA".

Utilicé un círculo y lo coloqué en una perspectiva similar al modelo 3D, dejándolo en esa posición para realizar cambios si fuera necesario.

Once certain lighting aspects were corrected, I started using a gradient map with 3 colors: one similar to white, another in a navy blue tone, and black for the shadows. I used that color as a reference to "DOCTOR MANHATTAN" from WATCHMEN DC.

Una vez corregidos ciertos aspectos de iluminación, comencé a usar un mapa de degradado con 3 colores: uno similar al blanco, otro en una tonalidad azul marino y un negro para las sombras. Utilicé ese color como referencia a "DOCTOR MANHATTAN" de WATCHMEN DC.

I used copies of the design and the Gaussian blur effect to create a glow between them. I placed a shine on the mind, reinforcing the message of thoughts.

Utilicé copias del diseño y el efecto gaussiano para lograr un resplandor entre ellas. Coloqué un brillo sobre su mente, reforzando así el mensaje de pensamientos.

TITLE

For the title, for obvious reasons and logic, I placed "THOUGHTS" with a white color selection. I created 2 more copies with different tonalities to emulate the gradient map of the main 3D model. Then, with the "Liquify" tool, I decided to deform it completely with various brush sizes to separate it, yet still readable without issues (not suitable for astigmatism, haha!).

Para el título, por obviedad y lógica, coloqué "THOUGHTS" con una selección de color blanco. Creé 2 copias más con diferentes tonalidades para emular el mapa de degradados del modelo 3D principal. Luego, con la herramienta "Liquify", decidí deformarla totalmente con diferentes tamaños de pincel para separarla, pero que aún se pueda leer sin problemas (no apto para astigmatismo, ¡jaja!).

With an additional copy of the text, I used the motion effect to separate and expand the impact. Then, I applied a noise texture to help solidify the final idea, accompanied by texts that would go hand in hand with the concept of thought. I hope you liked how I could transfer from a 3D model to the design and implement it. Soon, I'll continue with the concept of showcasing how more design can be included. See you in another post.

Con una copia adicional del texto, utilicé el efecto de movimiento para separar y expandir el efecto. Luego, usé una textura de ruido que ayudaría a consolidar la idea final, acompañada de textos que irían de la mano con el concepto de pensamiento. Espero que te haya gustado cómo pude transferir de un modelo 3D al diseño y aplicarlo. Próximamente, seguiré con el concepto de mostrar cómo se puede incluir más diseño. Nos vemos en otro post.
