We can say.. Ripple Labs likes when media talks good about them and is well known for paying for positive press and review. This is one of the arguments made against them by the SEC. This coupled with the agenda of holders to pump their asset prematurely in my opinion in order to take profit and get the hell out.
XRP is by all indication i can see (just viewing evidence and ignoring claims of either side) a security.
Also XRPs team has been dumping a LOT of coin.
