I am of the opinion that any electronic data is accessible and anything in the analog world (your reality) can be digitized thus it also is accessible. About 10 years ago I worked with a small group on a different concept. We never fully developed it and there are some tools that achieve parts of our concept.

If you can't hide in a digital world then how can you reduce the accuracy of the digital dust you leave behind. The concept was confetti. Basically create millions of pieces of digital dust per day in all of your connected apps. If a network of phones exchanged meta data continually say for your location your actual location would be pretty well cloaked.

The problem, it was not marketable. The far majority of people want the services and don't care about the loss of privacy. Jimmy Dore recently interviewed Matt Stoller and Matt sums it up very well. Your opinion would be welcome regarding the concepts and causes in the interview.
