Well mister Rush , both fall under having freedom and control over your own life . common sense law , witch does not need any constitution .
A life witch comes with a bio-organism that is your responsibility to keep in a state capable of carrying that life . I should have the freedom to heal myself in any way i see fit , even when in ignorance this will kill me .
