The deception of art , or the art of deception ,.. does it matter what tools are used ?
One can be a artist making art with only a camera , we all love a picture of a nice sunset . Is then a photo taken and printed out a piece of art ? Not always i guess , it depends on the style subject and content in the picture .
So then a picture created with digital tools and tech could be art , if the style subject and content communicate to the viewer more then just a banana taped to a wall . ;-)
