I sit with new friends while we speak about who we left behind , the ones friends , that turned on us . People we cared for , or even loved .
All very sad and depressing , for we share no past , or are in any way connected to our past . It's gone , so we focus on now to create a future that might bring back some humanity .
When the world is depressing , go do some positive stuff , just for balance .
