Now, a tool for auto power-ups, that's something that sounds great! I know you can set up recurring trasnfers with peakd, but I'm not sure about powering up...You can auto-stake Hive-engine tokens with the Keychain wallet, but not HP...

I'm going to mention this to the dev of Slothbuzz.com, I think it would be an awesome tool/service to add there! I'm using the #slothlysavers weekly club to keep my savings and powering up in check on Hive. If nothing else, it's another reminder to keep buzzing!
