We're also looking to add more bonuses for 'late starters' to try help them catch up, I don't like people joining late and just 'losing '; we want them to at least have a slothly chance of participating in a meaningful way!

But that also plays into the round system, so a new player can wait until the start of a new round before joining and compete with everyone else! As Cryptounicorn showed in the last round, there is strategy involved! :)
