That is indeed a valuable skill to have. I think many of us are too focused on how we perceive things, rather than how they were intended. Especially on the internet, it's easy to take offence at something that could have been meant in a totally harmless way. Sometimes we just need to !SLOTH out a little and consider the other person's point of view before jumping to conclusions.

Truth seeking without prejudice is the ultimate skill. If we can forget our preconceptions and focus on what's actually happening, we could advance much more easily in life.
