I have discovered a few shortcuts along the way that help me in my internet marketing business. I use a PC and I use either the Chrome or Firefox browsers, so that is where these shortcuts are based.
Did You Know?...
...That in Gmail, if you have your hotkeys turned on, you can advance to the next email by clicking J on your keyboard or backup to the previous email by clicking K.
...By clicking your mouse scroll wheel on a website you can scroll up, down, left, or right just by moving your curser. The further you move from center the faster the page will scroll!
...By clicking your scroll wheel over a link, it will automatically open in a new tab and leave you on the original tab. This is very helpful if you want to open a link and not leave the site you are on.
...By right clicking on a link you will get a drop down menu choosing how you want to open that link
...By right clicking on a website you will get a drop down menu giving you several options including the page source which can be helpful if you wand to see the html code.
...By clicking Ctrl+f you can open a search box to find keywords or phrases on the page you are viewing, including the number of time that word or phrase appears on the page. It will also highlight those words or phrases on the page.
