You make some valid points my friend but sadly there is no 'rule' to how you should behave in a relationship. I feel that social media and modern technology combined with decline in the morals of our society have made relationships extremely difficult. A Smart phone is the proverbial 'apple' of temptation.

Now I can only comment on the UK and to a degree Europe but in most relationships with people under 40, one person is the dominant one and is in control or playing 'Game' on the other. In fact the only times I don't see this dynamic is in older couples or very rarely with younger people who are quite diligent in the religious faith and beliefs. But maybe I'm just a cynic...........
