So, I've been staking SPS for almost a year, and I never once thought to check out the other methods of gaining SPS. For one thing, I've only just discovered Splintertalk. Call myself a writer, ha!
Not sure if any of you have heard about Torum, it's a social network like Twitter for crypto enthusiasts. I joined over a year ago and have earned and learned a lot from interacting in that space. It was there that I came across a post by @brando28 where he shared a link to his blogpost here, concerning the number of airdrop points he was accumulating from his Dec liquidity position - https://www.splintertalk.io/@brando28/end-of-season-check-up-on-my-splinterlands-assets
So, I checked it out and figured why not give it a go? With just $80-something worth of liquidity, I now have more airdrop points from that than is provided by my entire card collection worth over $900.
What an idiot! How could I have been so blind to this for so long? I've jumped from 4 SPS per day to 10 SPS in the blink of an eye. At least I still have 60 days or so to accumulate from here.
