Well I got a not so great wake up call this morning. Not a phone call but something that happened. Lately I have been having dreams that I am acting out and I am also talking in my sleep, a little weird, but I think it may be due to the new medications I have been taking. I noticed it started when I began the meds.
Well this morning, not more than 20 minutes ago I woke myself and my love up saying something in my sleep and then we both fell asleep again only to wake up to me falling out of bed! Apparently I felt the need to act out my dream, which in real life equaled me rolling right off my bed. Our bed is about 2 feet off the floor at the top so that hurt like a mf!
Luckily I didn't break any bones but I will have a few bruises for sure. So now I am awake for the morning for now, until I get sleepy again.
