We have been under a winter storm warning since 4am this morning and it goes until 7am tomorrow morning. It has been pretty windy! The reports say up to 35 mile an hour gusts but I have a feeling they are a bit stronger than that. It snowed pretty heavy from about 7 this morning until an hour or so ago. I can't really tell just how much accumulation we have because of all the wind. This is a regular thing here in North Dakota. It is unusual not to have at least a breeze everyday in this state, so with a storm of any kind you can expect much higher. I remember one winter we were getting 70 mile per hour gusts! Crazy right.
It is Spring here in the US but looking out our windows you wouldn't know it. I don't mind though, I actually like snow and am originally from an area in New York state that can get more than 100 inches per season. It's kind of exciting getting this storm, call me strange haha but I enjoy watching the snow fall and the wind blowing the snow in every direction.
