EQUIFUX and other Data Pimps

Posting about the atrocities committed by an insidious company that ultimately invented the game of selling data over a century ago on a platform like facebook, a company that has taken shady data protection practices to the next level is on the surface a joke. But, on a deeper level is so Orwellian and wide reaching, that I can guarantee these oligopolies have negatively impacted your life, freedumb and finances

All this, while being propped up by an amazingly deceptive and fallacious economic model that has more power than the government that's supposedly in charge of regulating these criminal, mafia minded institutions that run our lives.. This is not one of those you need to copy n paste this to protect your account posts.

This is the beginning of an expose into the data wars and the new gold standard in a centralised digital world that is completely off the rails and can only be rerouted via awareness, education, and bold explorations into finding and implementing the most efficacious decentralised avenues the man doesn't want you to know about..

Part 1 of your journey begins today. It's been some time now since I've used facebook for daily posting of my lunch, or trivial existential crises, and this is mostly due to boredom with the platform, not with a myriad of ethical dilemmas I have with such machinations that steal data. Perhaps, like you, I used to not care as I assumed I'm not a good target for many reasons beyond the scope of this intro to my new focus "life's a breach". Now that I've become the victim of too many illegal and fraudulent activities to count on my hands I've decided to use the tech at my fingertips how I see fit.

If you want to see memes and content that doesn't require thought look away and go about your cozy tldr existence.. I'm taking the power back and doing my own hack of a system.. 😼

I posted this recently on my facebook and not surprisingly out of over 1000 followers only my dad hit the like button. Whether it's Algorithms or apathy to blame, I cannot say.

I'm wondering how many of you steemians are still believers in the push-ups nathanmars mentality (that cross posting or giving steem free exposure on centralised big internet accomplishes anything) ?

This place is a ghost town though so I'm not expecting many replies.. It's virtually impossible to be a functioning member of society without facebook and it's evolved into an institution. So I'm interested to see how many here have cut themselves off from that world..
