Netflix turning Monopoly into a reality competition sounds ridiculous at first, then I remember the board game is already about buying everything, charging rent and leaving everybody else broke, so maybe it fits better than I want to admit, this one comes from the same team that made Squid Game the Competition, and twelve contestants are set to play inside a full size Monopoly town with two million dollars on the line, that kind of budget tells me Netflix is trying to repeat whatever formula worked before, this could be fun if the deals and backstabbing actually feel real, or it turns into loud reality TV nonsense within the first episode, I am curious but I am not convinced yet,
