Looking down
at the world below
meditating on the wonder
taking it slow
Each new breath
the ability to start again
a joyful adventure
time to begin
There is blood
flowing through my veins
sensations of life
there is so much to gain
There is a breeze
sensations to my skin
warmth or coolness
perceptions from within
Heart beating slowly
ability to feel love
can be strong or weak
perceptions from above
A magnificent brain
filled with many things
ability to restart each day
new adventures to bring
From our Heavenly Father
we are wonderfully made
given the ability to restart
to live unafraid
