Hello to all the Liketu people! today I'm back with a new post about rock climbing, in this last outing we were practicing belay and descent maneuvers.

The rappel is a descent maneuver used in climbing, mountaineering, caving, or for rescue maneuvers. The technique practiced today uses two ropes, a thin rope with a special self-locking knot and a belay device to accompany the descent.

Once the descent was completed, we had time to climb a bit and warm up a bit more.

It was quite cold and cloudy but the group was very motivated as always! A delicious chai tea with some delicious chips helped us to recover energy and temperature!

In the background you can see a part of the valley of El Bolson and the mountains Lindo and Hielo Azul.

Thanks to all of you who took the time to read me, see you in the next post!
